The premise is deceptively simple: You write a specific affirmation 55 times in a row, for 5 consecutive days.

Many people shy away from this method because it looks like "punishment" lines we used to write in school. But that is exactly why it works. It forces your conscious mind—the part of you that doubts, analyzes, and critiques—to submit to the new program through sheer repetition and focus.

Why 55? In numerology, the number 5 represents change, transformation, and freedom. Double it (55), and you have a Master Number representing massive power.

When you write a sentence 55 times, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, your brain cannot focus on anything else. You are forced into a singular tunnel of focus. You are drowning out the old noise and bombarding your subconscious with a single, clear signal.

Step 3: The Writing Trance

Step 4: The Release
