01. The Operating System of God
Your imagination is the operating system of your reality. But usually, your conscious mind (the logic, the doubt, the fear) acts as a strict firewall, blocking new commands.
SATS (State Akin To Sleep) is the method of lowering that firewall.
It refers to that specific, drowsy, floaty state you enter right before you fall asleep. In this state, the conscious mind is too tired to argue, but the subconscious mind is wide open. It is the perfect time to install a new program.
02. The Theta State
Brainwave Science
Science calls SATS the Theta State (4-8 Hz). This is the state of deep relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis.
In Theta, your brain does not distinguish between reality and imagination. If you loop a scene of success in this state, your brain accepts it as a hard fact. It assumes it has already happened, and sets out to replicate it in the 3D world.
03. The Protocol
Step 1: Induce Drowsiness
Lie down in bed. Get comfortable. Relax your body part by part. You want to reach a state where you can move your body if you wanted to, but you just don't want to. You are floating.
Step 2: The Short Scene
Construct a 5-10 second scene that implies your wish is Already Fulfilled.
Crucial Rule: Keep it short. If it's too long, your mind will wander.
Example: Someone shaking your hand and saying "Congratulations on the promotion!"
Step 3: The Loop
Replay this scene over and over again. Do not force it. Let it loop like a GIF in your mind. 5 times. 10 times. 50 times.
Step 4: Sensory Reality
Do not just see it. Feel it. Feel the warmth of their hand. Hear the tone of their voice. Feel the ring on your finger. Make it more real than the bed you are lying on.
Step 5: Drop Off
This is the hardest part. You must fall asleep while looping the scene. Let the scene be the last thing in your consciousness as you cross the bridge into sleep.
04. Perfect SATS Scenes
Marriage / Relationship
Feel a wedding ring on your finger. Twist it with your thumb. Feel the cold metal and the weight of it. Feel the sensation of being "taken" and safe. Loop the sensation of twisting the ring.
New Home
Visualise your hand putting a key into the front door of your new house. Feel the metal key turn. Hear the "click" of the lock. Push the door open. Feel the relief of being home.
Health
Hear a doctor telling you, "The results are perfect. You are completely healthy." Feel the massive weight lifting off your shoulders.
05. FAQ
I keep falling asleep before I loop it!
That means you are too tired. Try doing SATS sitting up in a comfortable chair, or do it earlier in the evening before you are totally exhausted.
I can't visualize clearly.
That's okay. Focus on feeling. Neville Goddard called it "feeling the reality." If you can't see the ring, can you feel the metal? Can you feel the emotion of relief? Emotion is more important than HD visuals.
Can I change the scene?
Try to stick to one scene until it manifests. Changing the scene every night confuses the subconscious seed. Plant one seed and water it until it sprouts.
