1. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Manifest AI, its owners, and its third-party partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our tools. Users assume full responsibility for any life choices, financial investments, or personal actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions.
2. No Professional Advice
The content generated by Manifest AI is for spiritual, entertainment, and self-reflective purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, financial planning, or medical diagnosis. Users are encouraged to seek certified professional advice for all critical life matters.
3. Use of Automated Systems
The architectural prompting structures and algorithmic weights used to generate Manifestation Blueprints are proprietary intellectual property. Our systems utilize adversarial pattern recognition to identify non-human traffic. Any attempt to scrape, probe, or reverse-engineer the backend logic via automated injection or rapid-fire querying will trigger an automated Hardware Identity (UUID) Blacklist. We reserve the right to deploy cryptographic rate-limiting and neural-level filtering to preserve the integrity of our compute-resource allocation.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Manifest AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for the content you generate, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Manifest AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Manifest AI. However, subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the specific text outputs generated during your personal sessions.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or tortious. Furthermore, you agree not to upload or transmit any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Certain parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate costs of AI computation, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
