Refund Policy
"All sales are final."
Due to the digital nature of our AI-generated Blueprints, there are no refunds for any reason once a generation has been performed.
1. Immediate Consumption of Value
The value of our service is provided instantly upon the consumption of AI processing power and the delivery of the Secret Blueprint. Unlike physical goods, the computational resources used to generate your personalized content cannot be "returned" or restored. By clicking the purchase/generate button, you acknowledge that performance of the service begins immediately and you waive any right of withdrawal once the process has started.
2. Technical Errors & Failed Delivery
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we honor replacement guarantees for technical failures. If you experience a server error, timeout, or glitch where a blueprint was paid for but not displayed, we will regenerate your result or provide a credit for a future generation. Please contact support with your Stripe session ID and timestamp to facilitate this.
3. Subjectivity of AI Content
Manifest AI generates content based on interpretative algorithms. We do not offer refunds based on user satisfaction, perceived accuracy, or the subjective quality of the spiritual or advice-based content. A refund will not be issued simply because the AI's output did not meet personal expectations or because the user disagrees with the interpretation provided.
4. Subscription Cancellations
For users on recurring subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription features until the cycle concludes.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take fraud and chargeback abuse seriously. If you have an issue with a transaction, we encourage you to contact us first. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank for a validly delivered digital service will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform and the addition of your hardware ID to our blacklist. We reserve the right to submit all generation logs and access timestamps to your bank as proof of delivery.
